Overbridge offers pure, untouched wilderness where the peace and quiet are only interrupted by the singing of birds, the croaking of frogs, and if you listen closely, the roar of monkeys. Overbridge is an ideal location to relax on the beach. There are plenty of opportunities to swim, fish, or walk and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. From Overbridge, you can also take an excursion to the Jodensavanne.
Facilities:
The Overbridge River Resort has a cozy bar with an open restaurant where delicious Surinamese dishes are served. There are also several hammock camps and a natural swimming pool with lounge chairs. The resort also features a volleyball court and a playground.
