Day 1 – Crossing the River
Your journey begins early in the morning as you leave Paramaribo behind and travel comfortably by bus towards Albina. After crossing the river by traditional boat, you arrive in Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni, where you will discover the rich history of this fascinating border town.
During a guided city walk, you will learn about the colonial past and hear stories that still echo through the streets today. The remainder of the day is yours to explore and enjoy at your own pace.

Day 2 – Towards Kourou
After breakfast, you continue your journey along the coast towards Kourou. Along the way, you will stop in Iracoubo to visit its famous church, a surprising piece of France in the heart of the tropics.
In Kourou, you will experience the modern side of French Guiana with a visit to the surroundings of the Guiana Space Centre, where space exploration meets tropical nature. The rest of the day is free for relaxation.

Day 3 – Devil’s Island
Today is dedicated entirely to Devil’s Island, one of the most iconic destinations in French Guiana.
You will sail by catamaran to the famous Îles du Salut, where you will learn about the islands’ prison history. After the guided tour, there is time to relax on the beach, swim in the crystal-clear waters, or explore the island at your own pace. On the return journey, enjoy a refreshing drink on board while taking in the beautiful scenery.
