Take-away list
- Main light: So you can easily spot the nocturnal animals.
- Closed shoes or boots: To protect you against snakes, among other things. Please note that it may be muddy during the walk.
- Long trousers: Long trousers are mandatory on this tour, to protect you from animals, insects and irritating plants. You are not allowed to participate in the tour without long pants!
- Rain gear: For unexpected showers.
- Mosquito repellent: To protect you from insect bites during the tour.
- Bottle of water: You will only receive a bottle of water after the tour, so we recommend that you bring your own bottle of water.
- Binoculars: Binoculars increase your ability to observe wild animals and birds, allowing you to enjoy nature more.

General information
Transportation:Transportation is not included in the tour. However, we at Orange Travel can arrange a taxi for you for €40 per taxi. This taxi will then take you from Paramaribo to Peperpot and pick you up again after the tour.
Walking: You will walk with an experienced wildlife guide through the paths of the Peperpot Nature Park, in search of a lot of different wild animals. Night has already fallen, which means that the nocturnal animals are beginning to awaken, including snakes, spiders and caimans. The guide will do his best to spot as much wildlife as possible. During the walk he will also tell you fun facts about nature.
Bird Tower: After a while you will arrive at the bird tower, which you can also climb. From the bird tower you have a completely different perspective of the Nature Park. It's definitely worth taking a look. After this you will continue walking for a while and you will be back at the start around 10:30 PM. Here you will be treated to a tasty snack and a cooling bottle of water while you enjoy the experience.
